The Chequers offers a range of food for all tastes and is open to residents and non residents alike. Wherever possible all the items on the menu are freshly prepared in our kitchens using local seasonal produce sourced by our

We like to know where our meat and fish came from and that it was reared or caught in a humane manner. We do not use trawler caught fish and neither do we use intensively farmed meat and poultry. Our eggs are free range and whenever we can we buy our vegetables from local organic growers.
